The course itself consists of short videos equaling 1 hour and 56 minutes of watch time. It also involves filling out a self-reflection document which can vary person-to-person with the time needed. And there are four one-hour practice meetings to attend. So in total, the time needed to complete the system can vary, starting from around 6 hours.

Yes! Once you have completed all of the materials, submitted your self-reflection document and attended the 4 practice sessions, you will become permanently recognised.
