Mini Climate Summit
Mini Nature Summit
Mini Wellbeing Summit
Minimum Participation Standards
At least 70% of eligible employees attend the summits
Collect proof of workshops held with results documented
2. Implementation Framework
Documented Action Planning
Complete the Implementation Framework Document
Show workshop participation data and outcomes
Identify actions to take across all 3 Mini Summit focus areas
Assign action team
Document baseline measurements where applicable
Demonstrated Outcomes
Show Progress
Show proof of monthly Action Team meetings, with at least 3 for the first year of certification
Document actions taken across products + services, operations, and influence in the Implementation Framework

Most organisations can expect to complete the Mini Summits and have their minimum 3-month fulfilment of the Implementation Framework for their first year within 6-8 months. The validation review typically takes 2-3 weeks after submission.

Our certification is designed to scale from small nonprofits to large corporations. We provide guidance to ensure the requirements are appropriate for your org's size and capacity.

No, certification is valid for 12 months and requires annual renewal with updated progress reporting through the implementation framework to maintain Gold Certified status.
